This session focused on a topic that has become increasingly important for anyone considering a long-term career in Japan: Japanese language proficiency and the recent updates to the Engineer / Specialist in Humanities / International Services (技術・人文知識・国際業務) visa guidelines. We were also fortunate to be joined by Marc Anderson, CEO of COMASJAPAN and a former JET participant, who shared practical insights on language learning, career development, and life after JET.

日賑グローバル株式会社 (Nisshin Global) recently hosted the third session in our series of Career Seminars in collaboration with AJET and the Ashinaga Africa Initiative (AAI). The event brought together participants exploring career options in Japan and featured insights on the skills JETs can bring to Japanese companies along with job hunting advice from a former JET now working successfully in Japan.
