An envelope manufacturing and printing company in Kawaguchi, Saitama Pref. It is proactively exploring new products such as pierces/earings made of papers by laser cuttings and pop-up cards that are designed in the United States and handcrafted in Vietnam and China.

This company needs an operator of envelope manufacturing and printing machines. The candidate needs to learn how to operate the machines first and then is expected to consider improving the efficiency and productivity of the shop floor.

The new hire also belongs to a new product development team where this company own brand, beautiful pierces/earrings made of papers' brand, is taken care. Eventually, candidate will help the company advance its business in Vietnam. Presently, a few Vietnamese technical trainees are working at the company.

<Skills required>

1.   Language: Vietnamese (Native)

2.   Language: Japanese (Business) JLPT N1 or N2

3.   Bachelor degree

<Hiring conditions>

1.   Regular employee working from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm including an hour of lunchtime

2.   Monthly salary: 210,000 yen

3.   Average paid overtime 15 to 20 hours a month

4.   Annual or semiannual raise depending on the performance

5.   Commuting allowance up to 20,000 yen per month
