System Engineer

Established in 2000, this company has been providing quality system and software solutions for the past 18 years. With the company vision being “To always provide to our customers the best software technology to suit their needs with the utmost intelligence and imagination”, they have produced software solutions such as e-ticketing and hotel reservation systems and also applications for iOS, in addition to many others.

As the company continues to grow, they are ready to hire foreign nationals in order to reach new ideas and horizons. A successful applicant will be expected to be involved throughout the whole process of planning, designing, writing, and executing new software.

 

 Hiring details is as follows:

 

Job Position: System Engineer, Programmer

 

Location: Gunma Prefecture, Japan

 

Number to Hire: 2

 

Job Type: Full time

 

Work Hours/Holidays: 9am to 6pm, no work on weekends. 12 days paid leave after 3 months 

 

Start Date: Anytime from October 2018

 

Education Level: Undergraduate

 

Probationary Period: 3 months

 

Age Range: 20-35 years old

 

Monthly Salary: JPY170,000 to JPY250,000 per month.

  

Bonus: Twice a year (June, December) equivalent to the amount of 3 months.

 

Allowance: Commute and training allowance

 

Japanese Language Ability: N2 and above

 

Expectations:

Ability to search, explore, and come up with solutions of their own.

Ability to think logically and critically.

Deep interest in the field of computers and software.

Motivation to learn and acquire new sills.

 

Evaluation and Promotion:

You will be evaluated based on your programming and people skills. Possibility of being promoted from programmer to system engineer.
