C.    Hiring conditions

(1) Work hours:                 7.75 hours a day

(2) Holidays:                      124 days including Saturdays and Sundays

   Paid holidays as per legal definition

(3) Salary and bonus:        Salary are paid on a monthly basis. 

   Salary is raised annually.

   Two bonus payments, one in summer and the other in winter.
