This company manage Japanese schools in Southeast Asia countries (the Philippines, Vietnam, Myanmar, and Cambodia), This aims to help young people choose to work in Japan. They also introduce human resources to medical institutions and welfare facilities in Japan.

 

This company conduct sales activities to introduce human resources educated by our company to Japanese companies, and provide support so that foreign human resources can work and live in Japan with peace of mind. To help develop a large number of talented foreign human resources, new hires will be in charge of tasks such as attracting prospective students, corporate promotion, market research, clerical work, and education in the fields of Japanese language and nursing care, in line with their experience and knowledge.

 

If from one of the four target countries, new hires can be involved in the operation of a local office in their home country. They have an environment in which people, especially in Cambodia, can make an immediate contribution to local operations. New hires will be able to observe the growth of young people and grow together with the company. They want people who will work with them to contribute to Southeast Asian countries and Japanese society.

2.   Required skills and Experience

l  Japanese language skill of N3 or better by JLPT

l  Native level of English or other

l  Bachelor of management or marketing degree

4.   Hiring conditions

(1) Work hours:          9:00 – 18:00 including lunch time

(2) Salary:                   It varies depending on applicant’s level of skills and experiences.

                                    Salary is raised annually.

(3) Others:                   Commuting allowance is provided.

                                     Social insurance is fully covered.

(4) Holidays:                Saturdays and Sundays
