The company's titanium- aluminum processing technology has been highly evaluated, and it has succeeded in overcoming competition with companies around the world.

 

The company's turbine blades are used in medium-sized aircraft such as Boeing and Airbus. From the jumbo jet era to the era when medium-sized aircraft became the mainstay, the demand for it continues to grow as the main means of transportation. We have succeeded in supplying the best-selling engine parts in such a growing industry, which enables long- term growth.

[Responsibilities]

1. [Support cross-functional project team to ensure proactive focus on production improvement

2.     Actively engage various functional groups to support (e.g. contracts, manufacturing, planning, supply chain, engineering, quality, finance)

3.     Ensure project achievements are on time to meet all customer requirements

4.     Monitor and control project scope, schedule, and budget to meet contractual obligations

5.     Draft regular project status reports to customer

6.     Actively communicate with customer regarding project status and delivery schedule

7.     Manage day-to-day action items and priorities under leadership of manager

8.     Remain flexible to changing requirements and workload

 

 

[Requirement]

1.     Bachelor’s degree or more required

2.     3+ years’ progressive experience in manufacturing and/or project management

3.     Aspiration in aerospace manufacturing environment

4.     Strong leadership and management skills

5.     Ability to multitask, attention to details and accuracy, problem solving and work in fast pace environment

6.     Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) skills at an intermediate level

7.     Japanese Level N2 or above, Professional business English level

 

 

Hiring conditions

(1) Work hours:          9:00 – 18:00 including lunch time

(2) Salary:                   It varies depending on applicant’s level of skills and experiences.

                                    Salary is raised annually.

(3) Others:                   Commuting allowance is provided.

                                     Social insurance is fully covered.

(4) Holidays:                Saturdays and Sundays
